In your regular day-to-day use of the Tokeet application, you won’t have much use for your Tokeet account’s special identification number. However, occasionally you might need to provide the number when interacting with Tokeet support or in other rare instances. Here’s where you can find your Tokeet account number when necessary.
- From your Tokeet dashboard click on the Calendars button from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
- Scroll down to the bottom edge of your calendar. Just below the bottom edge of the calendar you’ll find a line of text including “Calendar URL for all rentals:” followed by a URL.
- This URL is the link for your iCal calendar to be used when sharing your calendar externally. The URL will begin with https://calendars.tokeet.com/calendar/rentals/ followed by a long string of numbers. That long string of number is your Tokeet account number. Be sure to include ALL the numbers, including the ones after the dot.
Don’t worry about memorizing or saving this number somewhere considering you won’t regularly have to call upon it and it can always be found in that URL beneath your Tokeet calendar.
