Whenever a new booking is made on Expedia.com, all of the booking, guest, and payment information will be imported into Tokeet. The only piece of information which is not automatically imported is the guest email address. This is a critical component for communicating with guests. Thankfully, there is a way to solve this problem.

In order for Tokeet to receive the guest email address from Expedia you must ask your Expedia Market Manager to enable this setting on your property. This setting cannot be enabled via within Tokeet, nor the Expedia extranet. Without this setting enabled you will not be able to communicate to your guests directly from within Tokeet, nor via Tokeet Triggers. Instead you will have to log into Expedia.com each time to communicate with your guests and view their messages.
