While Tokeet is a powerful, inclusive tool for handling every element of your vacation rental management process, you might also maintain a separate website which you use to advertise, market and manage inquiries regarding your vacation rental property. Fortunately Tokeet provides a simple widget which you can easily include on your website so that you can receive Tokeet inquiries directly from the site. Follow the directions below to create a Tokeet inquiry widget for your website.

  1. From your Tokeet account dashboard, click on the “Settings” icon on the top right-hand corner of the page (identified by a gear logo).
  2. From the drop-down menu that appears, select Add-Ons & More.
  3. On the next page you’ll find two sections, one for the Tokeet Calendar Widget and one for the Tokeet Inquiry Widget. In the Tokeet Inquiry Widget section, click on “Configure”.
  4. You’ll be brought to page which will allow you some customization options for your inquiry widget. You can name the source and select the rental which this widget will take inquiries for. Then you can select which of the three widget configurations will work best from your website (Simple, Extended or Extended Wide). Once you select a configuration, an HTML code will appear in the box below. Copy this code and paste it into your website’s coding to add this widget to your page.

Your guests will now be able to use this straightforward and clear widget for submitting inquiries, and you’ll receive those inquiries right from within Tokeet. This feature will ensure that the entire rental process is seamless from the very beginning for both you and your guests.
