In order to get the most out of your implementation session, you will need to be able to connect with your technical consultant via a conferencing app like Skype.
If you do not yet have a Skype account please follow the on-screen instructions on their website below. This will guide you in creating a new account.
Once you've successfully signed up for a Skype account joining is as simple as clicking on the link provided by your technical consultant via email.
Once connected to the video call, you'll be able to share your screen by following the instructions below.
To share your screen:

- The other person will be able to see live video of what's on your screen, including your desktop and any programs you may have open.
